Chie Marquart-Tabel is a visual artist, strategic consultant and community activist searching to build new forms of connection from a place of care.

As a painter and sculptor, I create large-scale works that speak of connection, ambiguity and simultaneity through combining different perspectives and different monochromes as layers within the same image.
As an illustrator and animator, I search for the most intuitive way to get complex messages across. Making sure words are not only said, but also heard.

Strategic Consulting & Websites
Without a user, there is no product or service. Creating an organization that works is to find the spot where user needs are met in the best way possible while allowing the organization to sustain itself. Yet, most organizations plan their portfolio, their websites, their next steps without speaking to those they are trying to convince: Their customers.
As a UX strategy consultant, I support companies, associations and freelancers to let their efforts bear fruits.
I analyze organizational challenges and opportunities, conduct user interviews, develop strategic solutions and test as well as iterate them in close contact with product users. My approach is based on principles of UX design, the lean startup, systems thinking and design thinking.
80% state funding with INQA
As a certified INQA coach, I can now offer cooperation with me with state funding. 12 consultant days over 6 months, 80% of the costs are reimbursed by the INQA program. Read more about the program here.

Community Activist
Passing on the knowledge that empowered me is how I care for the communities I am part of.
As a community activist, I train a thai boxing and self-defense group for queers and non-white people in Berlin Wedding. The weekly training consists of theory and drills, playful exercises and soft sparring as well as stretching and a check out. There is no prior knowledge required to attend, the aim is to get moving and to discover new sides of oneself.
In order to buy equipment for the group, we are still looking for organizations or individuals to support us with a donation of 400€.
We all deserve to feel strong, free and safe in our bodies.
